3.5x to 5.5x more quality contacts compared to a typical scrimmage. Technical and Professional coaching to progressively improve your volleyball skills and gameplay. Time is split between technical training and team gameplay. Focus is on individual skills while the whole group works and trains together for the same self-improvement goals. Skills covered in clinics improve your passing, bumping, setting, spiking, game reading.
Train, learn, and play volleyball with a community who share the same goals. Whether you have no volleyball skills, little experience, just getting back to it, or refining your skills back to league play; there is a program for all adults looking to better their game!

Evenings where coaches organize scrimmages and games for teams to play. Come as an individual or with a group. Practice the skills learned from each week, then play and meet a large group of volleyball enthusiasts.
Join for a fun ‘setting’ to meet new people. Participants must be confident with basic volleyball skills.

Register as an individual or in groups for FTLO Tournaments!
Tournaments may be tiered in multiple levels to ensure appropriate competitive rallies ensues. FTLO tournaments have a reputation as fun, educational, rally ready tournaments. They are welcomed for B to A level competition. FTLO hosts to introduce more people to playing fun and competitive volleyball, but winning first place is not the only goal!
